Grants for Undergraduate Experiential Learning (GUEL) - Deadline February 1
The College of Social and Applied Human Sciences (CSAHS) has announced to CSAHS students a Winter call for applications for Grants for Undergraduate Experiential Learning (GUEL). These awards are supported by the Learning Opportunities Trust (LOT) which is part of the Better Planet Project at the University of Guelph.
The GUEL awards are intended to provide financial support to CSAHS students who are undertaking an experiential learning project for course credit in the W12 semester. The application may be submitted for an individual or group project (see the attached guidelines) and funds may be used to cover expenses such as travel or materials costs associated with completing the project.
The deadline for award applications is Wednesday Feb. 1, 2012. Note that the awards cannot be used to support volunteer activities which are not part of a course completed for credit towards an undergraduate degree.
Please see the application details here.
